I joined as a fresher. As per my experience work environment is very good. Get salary on time. Great opportunities to learn new technologies. Also my team manager, team leads and project manager and others teammates are very friendly and supportive.

As a freshers did not get any paid leave in probation period.

So many reasons like poor coding standared,every weekend work, variable hike not any CTC increase these things . No work from home even if someone is ill then he jave to take leave or come to office which is very bad.

I had extremely disappointing experience with this organization. The management(Specially Team leader and Project Manager) is very unprofessional, the entire team suffers from severe micromanagement. Employees are constantly monitored and criticized for the smallest details which creates the atmosphere of stress and distrust. Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly not priority here you should be able to find cockroaches in your table. Disrespectful communication and unprofessional conduct seems to be the norm here. This is not a workplace that values or respects its employees(here they call and treat "Employees" as "Resources" literally). Timely Salary, Seniors are helpful in my team. Manager and Department Head in my team only are helpful and understands your concern and issues. Explore new things as my work is with the government clients for various government related projects. Definitely you will grow here if you are a fresher or if you have 1-2 years experience.

TA you will not get timely if you are working and staying outside. As per company policy TA you should get within 45 days but unfortunately or fortunately I don’t know for what reason you will get over 100 days or even 120 days. The Work culture is very good, specially in my department Tanmay kundu and Akash mondal is a very helpful pm and department head 🗣️ Sudipta nag is a coperative with all, till the date overall very good experience.

If it will possible to clear the all due expenses of the client site ASAP then it will be very beneficial for all employees, they should update themselves with the trending new technologies, otherwise nothing is there to dislike.
