They had some very good clients, working for the client seemed like a motivation than working for Cybage. The appraisal mechanism is shambolic, not worst since the financial part is good whereas growth path is illusional. Training provided is very basic.

You don't leave a company, you leave a Manager.. seems like a classic evergreen song and no matter how many people sing it everyday and everywhere, yet the functional management is this organisation too remains aloof. I have no disregard to the Managers moving from ITES to IT services yet when they keep topics like login on time, making reports of the work that you do, sending emails with reports, make weekly, monthly etc reports you feel a big disconnect towards a common goal of achieving excellence in work-front. Managers here lack communication skills, technical skills, logic and have no understanding of work-life balance. They cannot say no to the client regardless of what they are being asked. None of them are MBA, ITIL, PMP or atleast experienced in the technology their teams work on....Read More

It has job securities comparitiviely other IT companies.

Dont have technical work for more than 6 yrs experience guy. After certain salary projects itself dont afford you to keep you in qith them as they are L1 level like projects. Dont expect extra technical things to learn. few project managers are egoistic to manage team. its feeling like BPO projects who just wants you keep key on your monitor.
