No trust on employees, they think they own the employees while very fakely term it as 'your Cybage'. Supporting the employees during the covid situation has shown the real colours. It's mentally strenuous n tremendously stressful to see employees getting growth are the ones who nod their head to everything said. It's a culture of few old ones at the top not open to new ideas and outside world. People were asked to come to office even if they had covid infected at home, else leaves deducted which resulted in infection spreading in office....Read More
