CWT company itself good. When Kalyan and Inder Joshi was manager company was every employees feel like king but now our value is like servant will. No job security anytime anyone can get terminated. Whether it correct or wrong you can't say it's wrong else, whatever you do you won't be recognised you get only scolding and they will just see chance when you do mistake so they can make you feel low. The sr manager of the Hyderabad doesn't have any travel related experience and he is not fit to be in that position he very cunning and very irritating.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
