from C&W HR team is not good, they deducted 20-Thousands from my FNF, in the name of my parents' medical benefit, as HR should be taking acknowledgment from employee for deduction of any amount of employee. if some Join in Sep month, then policy should be renewed in Sep. i have resign in Aug then why HR deducted 20 thousand from my FNF.

No support from management despite taking some concerns to their notice. They terminate staff after the project is completed saying it's just a cost cutting process ( without notice period). Suggest new joiners to not to accept offer from this company.

No team work. No support from senior management despite escalating certain red flags. Leave will be granted with great difficulty.

Better you join them with 2-3years hike already. They not gonna give you increment or promotion. 3-4% hike will be given at maximum which is half of the inflation rate. They will charge 2-3times of your salary to the client still not gonna give hike.

Politics inside office by highly experienced employees.Dont expect any support by them.once you entered the premises you need to workout 200% by yourself.in my personal experience I struggled little more to accomplish their tasks for BSC five star audit.Not everywhere this is happening only in bengaluru. otherwise Cushman & Wakefield is the best place to work.
