The company culture is good but there is no job security even if you are a full time permanent employee they will call you suddenly and tell you to send your resignation letter within in a hour otherwise they will terminate you.

The yearly increment is very less compared to other company even though you got excellent rating and worked for extra hours then your normal working time.
