The Management is very friendly and they take care of all the employees. It is a great learning platform especially for freshers. The Managers are extremely patient and behave very professionally. The best part of working here is that taking leaves is not frowned upon, on the contrary it is encouraged.

Dislikes

Highly competitive. Calling people for surveys gets boring after a while. getting your first promotion can be challenging.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
