Nothing you gonna like in cult.fit if you’re pure sales consultant.

Dislikes

They didn’t treat us as cult.fit employees. No holidays, No company event you can Attend. You will not get week off properly. If you’re sick you have to come office. If you’re trying to take earned leaves they will not approve. Management is very toxic. Incentivise is scam here. They will give you 5k incentives after 3M of work. Don’t join this shit company if you don’t wanna spoil your life.

Nothing, it's a terrific work environment, too toxic and trainers and members both display worst behaviour. Too much of sales pressure with poor facilities and ratings.

Dislikes

Shifts, trainers, HK staff, management and their stupid rules. Never work here if you are graduates.

The company keeps bringing different cultural activities or sports for great enthusiasm in employees. Vibe is lively.

Work life balance and scope of work are horrible here. Even though they claim working days and working hours to be Monday to Friday and 9-5 job, the work pressure demands to extend enormous working hours and weekend extensions. No employee friendly at all.

Nothing, it's a worst place to work for ground level employees especially for center managers.

Center managers has to take care of members who come wearing outdoor shoe + they should moniter members attendance marking through QR code+ take care of trials and those who completed trail sessions and also to make sure members should not snooke into dance floor from HRX floor. All these should happen at same time, it's overcrowdedlike hell. And had to pick up fight with each and every member incase if we doesn't allow late entries and ones with outdoor shoe and the members who are not getting the bookings....Read More

Few of my fellow trainers didn’t feel safe in the environment one of my fellow yoga trainer she’s taking her class & other dance trainer shouted on her in front of everyone in the middle of her class no women’s helpline is there & one dance trainer is there so goons came to her class it was a totally chaos in her class very terrible experience with the employees

Zero job security in ops team, the senior level employees have no proper vision, and ground team always pays for the chaos created by the senior level employees who report directly to their leadership. No employee engagement activity, lame increments in the name appraisals and no promotions of ground employees have been finalised yet, the ground team have no scope of growth in this company, only layoffs after each AOP meeting in December so no job security as well....Read More

Leave policy is too bad , you have to notify them before months if not won't be approved. Their workout plan is same from 6 years (I was with them for so long ) ,Trainer can't change a bit yet gets the rating for their workout which is again a pain for the employee. Have recieved so many recognition yet no promotion . No proper workflow management, clusterhead will be given all the credits for all the hardwork done by the trainer . Earned leaves can't be encashed if you are not permanent employee, irony is that they won't make you full time employee now.
