Everything to dislike here especially the founders. This company hires people, make them work for 4-6 days and then fires them without even paying the amount for 4-6 days. They’re just exploiting talent. Whenever you will visit their website they will always be hiring aggressively that’s because they’re always firing the people they hire within a week. No one in their company is an experienced employee because even they know that an experienced employee will not stand for their extremely toxic culture. They only have 18-22 year old kids working for them who are always under the fear of getting fired without even any notice. How they fire people is very ruthless. They don’t tell you you’re fired. You’ll come to the office, open your laptop and see your accounts have been deleted and when you inquire wirhnHR she will say “oh you’re terminated you may leave rhe office” Please do yourself a favour and don’t work here because you’ll be made to work 14 hours a day with no holidays and then get fired for no reasons and without any notice or warning. There are no sick leaves; so you better never fall sick because you take a leave even for a day if you’re sick, the next day you’ll be fired for taking a holiday to rest. 6 weeks a day and sometimes 7 weeks a day with at least 14 hours a day of work everyday!! No matter if you give your 110%, you’ll be fired. You will always be under the pressure and fear of getting fired for no reason at all...Read More

The result is proof of that I have been able to do here in just a short few months! We managed to grow one of the fastest-growing pages on LinkedIn based solely on the power of the content that I produced! And the best thing was the complete autonomy I was given right from choosing the topics to posting the content and that too forsuch an important social media property that had over 80K+ followers. I got to contribute across marketing posts, content strategy and much more and work with a smart bunch of people who all were picked on pure merit so literally no politics but just pure good work happening The place is only meant also for people who want to be career achievers and want to take the next leap in their careers and not for anyone who just sees this as any other job. I got to land this opportunity because by chance and I thank my stars for getting this! I was limited by my previous experience to only working on website UI but I had the chance to explore much beyond that as well and really create an impact on multiple properties including the skill profile, social media properties, website, community tool, and much more! The depth of product knowledge that the founders bring in from their experience is immense and really helpful when creating products! Worked here for a month, the culture is extremely toxic, strict deadlines and too much work for too little money, 60+ hours a week, and no-off days since there is a lot of workload, sometimes had to work on sundays, it gets a bit overwhelming and the bosses don't care. Holidays are a big no-no and if you take one because of an emergency, you're sent off. Please do me a favor, and work here, you'll understand what I mean....Read More

"Beware of CUR8" This sign should be posted on their tagline and in front of their office. Employees are forced to work extra and out of their line of work. They never get proper incentives for the extra work they are made to do, not even the smallest of an appreciation is given for their work. If you are working with CUR8, then youare good till you do as you are asked to, otherwise they'll fire you. If you can be a slave, then only you're good to them. For me joining CUR8 was one of the best decisions right after graduation. I got to know how different functions of business operate and more importantly, working in operations gave me a 360 degree view of how things work. The key things in this journey has been learning from the founders that no work is small. They take everything in their stride and are the best at ensuring that people really end up achieving their goals by working very hand on with them. The interesting part has been trying to create a dent in the universe with the kind of pitch we have in place that always catches the fancy of business leaders from various industries and seeing that evolve in front of me has been superb and a great learning experience There are young people who are given immense responsibility based on their talent alone and that speaks to the merit CUR8 stands for. Loved that most as I was worried about being given sub-standard work based on my lack of experience but that was never the case But the job is not for the faint of heart! If you cannot meet targets or don't like up taking challenges, you will find it a tough place to be but if you like meeting goals then there is no place like this!
