It is not at all a good company If you are a bad person , you want to move ahead crushing others and dont believe in any form of humanity it is a perfect fit for you.

There is nothing much to like, 50% people are on notice period other 50 % are desperately looking for a change. only 4 -5 people are doing all the work and they rule the company.

Its a small company growing at a quick pace by offering quality service over quantity to its clients, Best part about working in it is the learning opportunities and salary compensation. They pay you more than the market price and give you ample opportunities to learn, lead and grow if you have that desire in you.

Dislikes

Being a small company, there is always uncertainity about the project's future, relocations etc because Indian clients usually go after economics and brand name rather than quality however that disadvantage is also decreasing as the company is growing and establishing its regional offices.
