Specifically if i talk about Nashik plant Whole plant is run by Manufacturing manager who don't aware about any standard system and policies but due to soft corner/ relaxation given from top management to the person who is not capable to handle such work pressure but still management belived to give power such person. Group of highly unprofessional peoples Who literally don't have any value of time and they still believe in to work with paper and pen in 2020 Unnecessary involvement of manufacturing manager in each and every department which is highly disturbing. If u still want to join then you must have to join as a superior position to him otherwise u need to entertain him without any excuses. For Nashik location manufacturing manager is the only pain otherwise plant is good. Capable candidate not retained due to his ego and fear. .Dirty politics .Intentional harrasment .Mental torcher .Salary structure is different (bad). .Fake increment promises(yearly you may get 4 increment chances on every quarter) .Max increment amount Rs.1000/ and min Rs.250/ Unwanted book reading sessions and irrelevant trainings full of time waste....Read More
