Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire office work. I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own . On th basis of my personal research, I keep an 12 month rolling calendar ready.

in this company, i have worked only few months, i am sharing real time experience, Deputy manager was Kapil Wadhwa on my time now i dunno, but he treats like he is everything in entire company. He is not treat as employee with anyone. but director sir is polite man. salary is on time. career growth is not here, no-one here to learn and skill up to freshers and all. this company is giving you work like data entry via SQL. this company is providing the medical services to client and claim the insurance and having US clients only. some service is running via application which implement already on c#. some modification is available on same thing. time restrict company.
