The company police is to hire fresher in the name of internship but work as a associate and when the employee work as a intern for the period they assigned and make it to be employee, they just increases the period of internship and say we will hire you as a employee afterwards that to cut the cost of employee but make them work like employee with never paid the stipend on due time.

Dislikes

The HR policy for twisting the fresher to make the work done in the name of promise to hire as an employee but paid and give designation in the name of the intern.

Cons: -The work culture is toxic. Say hello to the call that will ruin your evening or weekend. Talking and demeaning even those in senior positions is a way of life.
