SOHAM who is known as the TL for AR does not know how to manage teams. His ARROGANCE and EGO is the war game in the office. He does not know how to talk with girls employee and if there is any mistake, he will try to terminate rather than correcting mistakes. ReMove such person

Worst place to work, If you do not want to end up depressed and let go of the company without an experience letter, do not go there. Trust me, I have worked for an year.

A single person can decide whether you would stay or you will go. No policy for the employee, no security. They even let you go without experience letter.

Crystal Voxx has flexible timings so It was beneficial and I was able to manage my work life and personal life as well. They have good leave policy. Also festive celebrations at CrystalVoxx are good.

There's no job security. They fire or terminate anyone they don't like even if you give your 100% there's no value of your work and dedication. It's like you're handling everything and doing all the work to achieve your goals and next thing you know you're getting fired (without notice). They terminate employees without giving them notice and not being treated fairly You can't take someone's job just like that. All have responsibilities and they have to respect that.
