Indian Company with MNC culture, freedom to work Promoters are very much supportive

Dislikes

Too much functional testing because output is low as compared with infrastructure and freedom to work. Some incapable (nontechnical) are on VP position while they can’t qualify for Sales officer position in MNC or good Indian companies. To survive they do infiltration of material and buttering of seniors.
