The work culture during the lockdown has gone from bad to worst. The policies are just to make the employees work four times. The best part is that they expect you to remain online and work 24*7

CRPF Public school has a very good team of dedicated workers with a crystal clear goal and excellent results.

Dislikes

The lack of interest ,mission and vision on the part of the management which doesn't have sufficient time to supervise the progress of the school in different domains.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
