Most liking the surrounding & empowerment to do your work in your way of style pattern. Management has shown trust on us & we (as team) are trying to work hard to not let them down anyhow. Also actively encourage and propagate the idea of employee appreciation & engagement.

At Initial stages there were challenges as the Industry was new to me & for entering in new path though after became Entrepreneur was tuff but later as the days pass it went on okay & happy to pull my all efforts towards the organization growth & brand building. One thing which should be there that Management is very soft here & somehow which I think should be strict on some parameter.

Work policy: Some how official days are fixed from Monday to friday in office but somehow if any problem occurs or someone is not well they can inform and work from home while taking some relaxation.

Fake company Hire and fire job Every month they fired 10 employees All fraud are there No job sequrity Never believe on them

No job sequrity. They never parmanent you after three months they increase your provision period Mantal harassment. Daily change your task . All 5star rating and Good comments are made by them self . They removed all dislike comments .

I actually prefer the staff and coperative team members because they help in each and every part of it no one says no to any of the things either its related to work or any other few things so thats the one of the bestest part of this company

nothing except their bogus promises and false attitude that can put your career on stake.

Dislikes

Everything about CrossTower India and the HR especially with her extra sugarcoated words tricks people into joining the company. Using lucrative but short term salary offer as a weapon for turning employment into slaevry is something they should be rewarded for. Also, there is a 2 year employment which neither company nor the employees gives a damn. Join it at your own risk.
