Very Homely and Caring. Office is simple but experience gained is excellent. We have Medical Insurance, Snacks, Rewards for outstanding performance, Internal Training to keep up with the changing trend, Latest equipment all are iMacs with latest Software, Small Cultural celebration & Birthday Cilebrations. They took care of all employees during COVID crises by providing food grains and other essentials. Salary is always paid on time...Read More

Dislikes

Sometimes jobs are more and we need to extend our working hours to complete the work. Don't blame Cross Digital but customer demands are like that. We have to complete all work received the same day.

Not so bad firm

Dislikes

Sector l very strict timings. Lesser pay grade. No holidays. Getting leaves sanctioned for an appropriate reason also very tough. If performance go low employee will get insulted as in scolded infront of others. Upon wanting to resign one is never gonna get exp. certificate or anything.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
