Nothing as of today, There were so many good things earlier this year but since new management came in it all started going down. I don't recommend new people to join this company.

Dislikes

Right from HR to Management all the departments are biased. No one will give shit to your ideas and suggestions, they will do what they want and how they want. No room for professionalism. No Transport!!!.

Work Details

Boring

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
