Through regular scrums, one-on-one catch-ups, quarterly assessments, etc. we try to stay informed about the performance of our teams. These insights help us to address performance related gaps/challenges at a preliminary stage as well as facilitate a fast track career progression of our Hi-Pots. Thank you for acknowledging these efforts. We regret to know your concern regarding long working hours. Working beyond the stipulated hours is not a norm at Crimson. However, being a ‘client-centric’ organization, we need additional support from our people on some occasions to achieve client success. As an ambitious and growing organization, we admit that we have a lot to do. We have noticed that some of our people, are indeed working more on some days but we are already trying to arrest this problem by having more systems to bring in more efficiency at Crimson, and additional recruitment to ease the workload. In fact, we had a record hiring last year! With increased human resource, we are sure to address most of the issues raised by you.
