The policies explained during interview were totally different when i joined, wither it was different of there were lots of terms and conditions which didn't make any sense. The HR are hopeless, till the time you are in training everyone will be nice to you and then the show their real self. before joining there were 2 things which i had made very clear in every round of my interview 1) i am not from this background and will need training and time to develop if that is acceptable then only hire me. 2) i am not looking for cold calling jobs. guess what i was given an "Outdated" list of people to call who have quit their job years ago and there were more than 4000 people to call to. Also after joining the office within 15 days i was expected to understand publishing and how things work. Timings are monitored even for washroom breaks. VP of global operations Rajiv Shirke and Satadeep Ghosh were suppose to train me since i joined. after repeatedly asking about my training all i got was there is a lot of work pressure so wont be able to train you. and i am expected to understand the field in 15 20 days without training<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
