The management of this firm is imbecile, they don't care about their employees wheather the employees are having mental break down or not as well as instead of staying and helping their employees they target on weak once and fire them dispute of work by falsely blaming that our behaviour was not acceptable, the top management is kind of resist and also heiress sexually, bully is practiced, the management does not pay attention on employees skills or employees growth, team mates confront with eachother, there is no unity, false rumours are spread among employees about ghost and unhospitable environment, they falsely accuse their employees in front of HR and AVP and forcefully fire them by saying there were alot of chances given to improve but the employee dint managed to improve.
