They don't value candidates time. Interviewed 2-3 weeks ago and was told that my profile is shortlisted and submitted my documents and salary slips, later the HR stopped responding. And previously callling 2-3 times a day.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
