It is a well known institution in Madurai. The management is giving full freedom in academic matters to the principal.Conducive working atmosphere for the students and staff for learning.All staff members are working as a team and we have achieved a lot in the growth of the institution as well as individual.As a working women it is somewhat difficult to manage the home and work place.Being a head i am aware of that 24*7 hours work is expected by the management. Dislikes

I don't find any dislike in the institution. Due to two years of course duration the admission rate is low in our college.So only i am trying to get a job like this.
