I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

weast time manegment when ever going for interview they told only 09 hour work and month end 30 minute exteend but once you entered the floor their is normal shift for 10 hours and month end it was almost 11 to 11:30 min and girls also work till 07:45
