Drawback is salary and incentives to entry level employees are too low, appraisal time is too long they I'll take around 60 days to finalize the appraisal.

My work starts at morning 8 AM I have to plan for days, taking commitment from Bdo's, cro's and operation regards to their role, I have plan for the customer visit for the day.at the end of the day I need to ensure the staff commitment should be achieved.
