Internal mobility
So this is my first job, got placed from college and it has been more than a year now in Pune, I got an internal mobility offer to work in Hyderabad but since this is internal mobility, no salary hike and only relocation will be compensated. I'm currently earning 6lpa and working in Operations department, should I go to Hyderabad for this new role? Should I look out for more job openings in the Market? I personally want to work in finance but I'm not that great at it, also have no experience. Please advise.
