It’s a good option to start your career and learn new things. Apart from your job role you will learn multiple things as they will shift you in other department or in other team which feels unfair but if taking it positively you are getting opportunities to learn multiple things.

Dislikes

Worst Work culture, hectic working hours, no work life balance, you will get promotion as it is free of cost, every body there is assistant manager or manager. No salary on time. They will never do your fnf in terms of salary people are struggling to get their money.

The people working in my team were quite supportive and this is the only plus point.

Everything is a dislike! You need to beg to get your own work done. Nobody gives a damn about policies. They do as per their want. Also forget about your personal time while working here. Nobody cares about new ideas. No training is given as such. It might take a toll over your health!

The hierarchy of credihealth is super weird. Ceo barely cares about employees, also he looks down at people which is ethically not good. They don't have a test, experiment, fail or win environment. They judge you with their orthodox mindset believing only the engineering team matters. Rest, everyone is zero, which is not true. I have great regard for the operations team, they work like anything. Hard worker is a word for them. The working environment is good, no politics there and having job security. But job satisfaction is what most of the employees miss. Salary and appraisals not that good. It's monotonous kind job nothing innovative to do.

Dislikes

Unprofessional behavior of some of the top management. Teammates are good. But this job more feels like working in BPO and being over qualified for it creates dissatisfaction. Nothing new to do and nothing new to learn.

It was boring as well hectic. Plus health hazards too as you have to make minimum 100 calls a day and that too with mobile phone and sometimes it feels you are bothering patients in their bad times and feel helpless when they really need your support.

They hire doctors for literal customer executive work. No concern of patient patient or whatsoever. Dead all ethics despite hiring doctors. Their HR will not reveal to you any policies or benifits. Fancy job positions but actual call centre work.

Pending legal case against top Mgmt CEO's vision not clear. Changes products and briefs everyday. Doesnt listen and understand other point of view. Stubborn. No concrete plans. Core team 4 VPs 1st: Interested only in attendence 2nd: Very rude to people. Many left in his team bcoz of this. 3rd: Self Centric. Thinks he is cool. 4th: Wants control of many departments. Knows nothing abt teach so cant guide team. Bluffs to CEO on everything. Doesnt face team on appraisal. They dont give money as promised. False promises.
