No job security.. You will be given false promises every time.You won't get appointment letter, even after 6 months of joining, so strange.. Salary would be hold unnecessary, without informing you, once it gets delayed, only when you ask, then you will get silly replies.. Not trustworthy from my experience

There was lot of issues as it was pandemic time and students were finding it difficult to login and get connected with their teachers.. teachers too were in a fix trying to get access to the limited network connection

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
