Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? It used to be a good company, now they have changed all policies, no wfh. They expect you to deliver high quality work without offering the corresponding title or any recognition. Nothing is good here.

Dislikes

There's no job security, no recognition for the work you do, they expect you to work on weekends as well. They'll hire you get there work done, and ask you to leave without any prior notice. They had laid off many people. Appraisals are disappointing, with no recognition, no matter how hard you have worked for them they doesn't care.
