If you want to do job here , need more patience and have excellent skills, then only u will survive here. Politics present in every department in this company. All d very best to whom joining.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
