Compensation and timing is good company is trying to upgrade themself with the latest technology director involve themself directly.

Machinery and ground staff are good politics starts from top to bottom in the company and vice versa.. so not a good place for the right candidate who is dreaming big and looking for the continue growth in each term.. you have to depend on the mood of directors.. policy is not well defined for the employees..
