Good atmosphere working in crafts council of India it's NGO learning about overall artisans from entire globe and learning work in administration including desk top work to computer working for Grass to Gold project that is making from grass to gold any article that craftsmanship , intresting work with them.

Crafts council of India while I am working in small office branch in Chennai that time Asia Pacific president was in Chennai it was international now crafts council was. In showroom that was great Thank

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
