Likes

Company have branches in metro cities and dealing with national and international projets for facade cleaning system. Company have Misson and vision to expand the company in all over India and to club in listed companies. Company have required the management to development. Company is working in monopoly style....

Dislikes

Working hours are limited as well growth is limited and very slow. Salaries are not timely. They didn't give confirmation as per bounded time inspite playing with employees. Managers are lack of knowledge every time shouting in small things.

Work Details

Working Has Billing Head and in this responsibility daily discuss with different different companies and our branch persons which I like it and my passion. Making of RA bill is tough but it's give me challenge my self.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
