Very partial, politics is very high, career growth is very poor due to politics, salary and appraisal is low, Heads are ignorant about the issues framed by the sub ordinates..real and true workers do not have any recognition or appreciation from the school..if a teacher is liked they appreciate whatever is done if not the real successful teachers behind the schools growth is not noticed. Child education application forms are also not recognized.....Read More

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
