Very partial, politics is very high, career growth is very poor due to politics, salary and appraisal is low, Heads are ignorant about the issues framed by the sub ordinates..real and true workers do not have any recognition or appreciation from the school..if a teacher is liked they appreciate whatever is done if not the real successful teachers behind the schools growth is not noticed. The school is empowered with latest technologies embedded with teaching. I am a part of team to report accountability for students leaning skills and personal development. I as a teacher can see the school as a global stage for development if skill sets in all dimensions.

The work pressure is high

I love to work,pitching for my school as a teacher, trainer makes me tiring and the task is flighty repetitive, but I stay on doing on my toes to make my students achieve the target.
