Work Details

Working as Sr Accountant checking daily sales and purchase reports and preparing payment vouchers, Monthly Internal physical stock audit, Month end clothing, Costing, Preparation of GST Reports, and preparation of various other internal reports etc

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
