The company is good. I get to learn from here and my team members were quite supportive, some of my seniors were superb and they helped me a lot. They do employee re hiring also if u r good in ur work. Training and FAM trips are done almost every year and it's kinda fun, u get to interact with other department people.

Dislikes

In every company ther is a politics thing and you cannot run away from it. Either play it or ignore it or do nothing. Growth is little slow here but they do give good growth according to ur work. Work appreciation is not ther atleast it wasn't ther when I worked so hard. Everybody noticed my work in my team but for my super seniors it mostly go unnoticed. Even if they noticed it they never appreciated it at all. Work pressure is ther as per any other company but if u r getting 10k salary u will have to work even more which will again go unnoticeable....Read More

It's a little monotonous kind a profile but if u get to meet your clients and get to know them In implant it's kinda fun. But again u can learn so much in ticketing profile regarding flights, fare, discounts and all..
