The founders are the worst people to be in an association with , they will sugar coat everything unless they get their work out of you and once that's done they treat you like shit. They are only & only good to poeple who match their class and money background. They are racist and they look donw on poeple with low backgrounds. They will force you to resign and they are only using the money of their investors for their own luxury. Their customers also badmouth since they do not give out the payouts . Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
