Marriott is world's biggest hotel brand,work for 3years nd one can bi achieve goals.

Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon does not follow any kind of work balance, starting salary of graduate is less then security guard with the margin of 5 thousand.working shift ranges from 12hours to 16hours. Conclusion pathetic working life of staff.

I was commiee chef ,i was worked about 5 months , sometimes i got weekly offs after 35 days , seniors r only for building pressure,no time for food , even a security guard live better life than us.
