In cwv working are fixed 10 to 6 after that no one is going to tell to stretch your shift. No is going to force you to do this and that its your responsibility to complete your targets. And helpful staff and seniors they will help you in every step. As a fresher its a great organization to grow you can learn so many things over there.

Dislikes

They do unnecessary deduction in your salary and also no increment in even after year. No growth.

My job is to convert lead into sale. Sell PR visa to clients

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
