Company policy based on local venders. No work no pay during lockdown,

Site incharge's has bad altitude , partiality, monopoly, dont know way of talking, overall experience is very very bad due to that person.

Freedom to work freely with all good co workers and no pressure from any other parties.

There is some samplers who will not work seriously and they will not give respect to superiors

Cotecna is leading provider tesing , inspection,also certification. So in past i m student of agriculture because of this i m enhance our knowledge with the company .

Dislikes

Cotecna is a multinational company but the hiring process is not as per the qualification of the person. On what basis is hiring done in canny management and on what basis is it considered in Cotecna. When a post is vacant, departmental movement should be done as per the qualifications.
