They don't even care if the Crew gets their breaks on time. They dont follow the laws. They make you work for long hours(13-14) and only pay you for 11 hours and amend the clock-in/clock-out timings.

Its a very good experience to working with costa cruise line, I'm very fortunate to get selected for the job because it's one the the top cruising company in europe, the working environment is good and they take care of there employees. It's good company to work with.

Salary is little low and career growth is not good as it's basically based on italian and Spanish speaking clients so you have to learn atleast italian to get growth faster.

The job as a waiter is quite different according to land but it's interesting work load is too much at the starting but you will be habitual to that as time pass . At first it is very difficult to get collaborated with the ship life

Unsatisfied with promotion. The person who really deserve promotion they never get. their are some people they don't care about hard working people . But if who make sapo means who are special for chef but he don't know actually work they people get promoted very fast
