there is job security for the people who want to have stable jobs and also they are providing WFH which is best for the people who travel from long distances, which helps them spend with their family. Dislikes

the work pressure is very high as sometimes I have to work 12 to 13 hrs straight. Also, the HOD of the team does not value an individual and the work should be well organised as the flow of work is not maintained properly.

Work Details

I'm currently working here as a concept artist. My work is to develop characters, props and background for the shows.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
