I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. 1) Lot of politics happen 2) No proper timing. We have to work most of the Saturdays and Sundays too. 10-12 hours daily. 3) People in the top Management are cheaters 4) No salary hikes happen here! Even if you are a Star performer for last 3 yrs! 5) HR people are useless here as they don't have any rights. They are just puppets. All the Rights are with the management.
