Some people in junior management and sales team are Good People stuck with the company due to no other alternative.

Worst HR I have seen in my work journey. Company is only interested in making money and does not care its employees at all. HR is rude, egoistic and extremely unprofessional. The leadership team is least bothered with employees and only cares about money. From learning perspective it is a good company. You will get a very good exposure if you show interest and fulfill the expectations of the management

Dislikes

Even after working hard, your efforts were never recognised in monetary terms. You will only get more work and no reward, promotion, salary hike etc.. The top management is busy in making the money for themselves and least bothered about the business and the growth of the employees. Management is just busy in pleasing the promoters so that they can earn more and more money.

Their firing policy....they hire you to fire you. They change the entire team every 6 months. Join and suffer and affect ur career badly.

Dislikes

I dislike the fact that they are still running their businesses with money in pocket. Every 6 months they try with new set of people 1st cycle with low paid employees and the 2nd cycle with high paid employees...unfortunately none works wonders for them and they ultimately fire u same day without warning. The good fact here is thatthey fire everyone each day. So, just keep contemplating your turn....it will definitely come before you complete your 6 months. Now you may come across people who are there for more than 3 years.. but these are rare...either they are less salaried as compared to the expertise they bring to the table...that their existence or non existence hardly matters or .....no comments!...Read More

One advice I want to give is "Do not trust anyone there" Ppl are cheated there and moreover they mentally harass employees To relieve employees they take money and also mentally harass them.
