Working for USA subsidiary was the worst experience specially with Sandeep Kumar Dutta who is VP and based in USA and takes care of US market . Use of abusive words is the only way of communication for him which he does regularly . he headed production department earlier and it's surprising to see that a production guy can be placed at such kind of high designation that too for US market without having any knowledge or experience of marketing or sales. Rest all department are good to work with...Read More
