Nothing its like hell for a knowledge person.

First of all. this is the first company I ever see where qualification and experience don't matter. If you have funds in your pocket you can't get a job with a very sub-level salary. For example, a transport company junior-level data operator gets a technical job in Cosmo. One more thing whether you're an 8th pass or Btech holder you get the same designation and salary. A person without knowledge of quality tools & previously worked in a bar gets a Quality engineer job. This is because the management running this unit is very noncompetitive and has no professional degree. All they want is money and get a job scheme....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Scam running in company by recruitment cell. Every month new member recruited and few months old engineer left the company. Recruitment cell taking charges like a half of the salary when getting job confirmation and after this real business start of torturing and finally the new member won't survive in few months service only.
