If you are capable of learning new things by your own then only you can learn new things. No one will guide you in this company for any training or development. All in all you can get all departments knowledge.

Noone give training. No appraisal, no events, sill development terrible, increment or growth is less.

I ruined my b.tech EC knowledge. Because there are no use. Learn everything by yourself over here, noone will give training.
