Owner are Very Good But Downline Senior like Retail Head Sanjay Agarwal want to proof as MD of company. He always want to keep in dark to owner. Not suitable for Knowledgeable person. Only like those who flatter to mention senior, Lake of role clearity here ,

There is lot of politics. All senior are feeling like Boss of company Chip level thinking. Manager treat as junior workers Manager not ampowerme to take any desision.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
